My son is always hungry je will take his lunch within 10 min he will say hungry he is always saying hungry he is skinny not chubby to why is he saying hungry everytime is this any serious

Doesnt seem serious. Get a physical consultation with a doctor. Get a thyroid test done
Its good that your child is hungry and eats food. Usually children are fussy and trouble in eating.
Start making green vegetables like ghea tori tindey and see if the child is hungry for that
