Baby is always hungry
My baby is 3 weeks old.. She is always hungry.. She needs to be fed every 1 hour.. Also she keep on feeding for half an hour sometimes.. We give formula feed once a day.. Dont know why she is hungry always

No,your feeding pattern is faulty.
Do NOT give feeds before atleast 2 to 2-1/2 hours,stop top milk feeds.
Feed for about 5 mins each breast,NOT longer,if your lactation is sufficient and the baby is hungry,95% stomach will be full in 5 mins,rest on other side.
