If baby is well and feeding, nothing to worry
Feed the baby more than usual to soften and make the baby pass stools

It is normal
Child can pass motion once in 7 days also and that is also normal
Continue breastfeeding
Danger signs: not taking feeds, irritable, vomiting, stomach distended, fast or noisy breathing
