Is it required to give albendozole to my kid Every 6 month. My kid is 2 year 2 month old.. should i give him albendozole precautionary or it is only given if there are any symptoms?

Hello doc's... My baby is 3 months old... Yesterday she had fever 99.5... and had lot of sneezing...i went to paedritician today ..he said she is having cold...and it can pass down in chest... So gave t minic drops and zifi 50mg...i jus want to ask if my baby is not having any infection y is zifi recommended...
