My son is 3yr and 9months old. He had cold and cough from 2 days i am giving syrups and steam inhalation with eucalyptus oil but some doctors are telling not to give steam give only nebuliser... Which one should we prefer steam or nebuliser which is the best to reduce nose block and to reduce cold

Mam since last Friday she is having cold, running nose (sud sud awaz aa raha hai from nose) I gave maxtra for 7days... it has been reduced yet she has bit of cold... now tomorrow I am travelling to bangalore(coorg and Chikmagalur) which is quite cool area... What precautions should I take to keep her safe.
