Child Health Issues

Hello Doctor, My son has high grade fever initally at 10:47 pm in night I have given 5 ml paracetamol 240 DS and now at 1 pm in night he is having more than 102 grade fever. Now I have given ibugesic syrup  containing ibuprofen IP 100mg 4 ml And paracetamol DS 240 mg 4ml. Is this dose enough to get relief or not ? Or I should do something else to down his fever

My 2 year old daughter is approx 11 kgs. She always complains her legs are paining, her hands are paining. Is there some serious issue or some deficiency? What should I give her so that her weakness goes off. Please suggest.
