Giving Meftal 5ml in general & Calpol if fever < 8 hrs for the last 3 days still fever is coming every 6-7 hrs (Average reading 101-101.5) - Local doctor 2 days ago said its viral. Ques - Is it high time to start anti biotic for fever (if yes, which one) ?cough also there - started giving asthalin & maxtra 5ml thrice a day from today! Pls provide best advice. Age 3 yrs boy. Wt - 13.2 kgs.

My daughter had 104 fever today and I have given her 10ml ibugesic plus but fever was not going down then started sponge and then fever started decreasing and it is now 100 but in her whole body specially face lot of rashes came . What could be the reason and how it can be treated?

My 3 year son has been suffering from cold and cough. He has just recovered from cold and cough and fever 7 days before and again since yesterday he has been coughing wet and fever has not ocured this time till now. Apart of this he has developed swelling lymph nodes arround  both ears behind neck . Arround 5-6 nodes which can be felt easily and soft moveable no pain . No sore throat . Only wet cough till now. Why is it so What is the permanent treatment of this issue. He has been suffered many times before from lymph nodes. Need permanet cure and diagnosis Thank you
