My 6y old keeps wetting his pants at school. no such issues at home or when he is out with us. he says he is too busy doing his classwork to tell his teacher that he needs to go to washroom. should I consult any pediatrician Or does it go with age?

My baby is awake all day.. with max of 1 hour continuous sleep. And she sleep a long stretch at night ( I put her on sleep around 9:24 PM), after feeding. She sleeps till 3.20 am and nurses 8 mins then back to sleep again. 2 wet nappies Is it normal for a 7 week old ? Her birth weight is 2.72 kg and 4 kg in 7 weeks. Is there any serious problem.
