Child Health Issues

My baby is 1.5month old. Her weight is 3.5 during birth. From the day she is born she has cold. There is mucus in the nose but there is no cough and also that mucus is not coming out. As of now there is no problem in breastfeeding. But sometimes during night while breathing there will be more sound due to that mucus. It's been 1.5month but that is not going away. I know for small baby doctors will not provide medicine. I'm worried if this turns out to wheezing in future. Please advice what to do

Hi doctor, My son is 4 years 8 months old. He is pooping 5 times in a single day for the past 3 days. That too only in the evening time. Poop is not a loose motion but some kind of free motion. He is fine and active but not eating properly. Doctor gave normet syrup. In that syrup bottle a notice says it has serious side effects. What to do now? Please help. Whether i can give normet for this type of motion problem? Any side effects?

Doctor almost 20days sick, first cold, then eye got green discharged, then fever high ad down, then doctor provided additional antibiotic, even though now cough is there. Sometime ear pain. Doctor told cold is infected fully. Under antibiotic he s again on alternatively gets fever, last 2days every 6hrs fever once rising. What shall i do? Do i follw the medicine ad stay home? Not eating well, vomit added yestrday, 104fever. Age 4yr weight 14kg Pls guide me

Hi Doctors, I currently I am taking Lactare tablets twice a day from last two weeks to increase breast milk supply to feed my one month old . When I pump for every 6 hours without breastfeeding him , I am getting 4.5 Oz(130ML) .. To make sure he get enough food per day I am feeding formula 100 ML per day along with breast milk .. My question is , Can I take galact granulas along with Lactare tablets to increase breast milk? So that I can stop formula feeding .. Just want to check if it is safe to use both Lactare tablets and galact granules?

Hello doc's ...my baby is 3 months old... Her temperature always remains 99 F...I have heard that normal body temperature is 98 F... Does it mean that she is having fever... If yes what can be the reason .. do i need to go for some tests...

My son is 14 months old. He was 10 kg at 11 months. He had runny nose yesterday. Night after food he slept. But he got up because of nose block, then vomited. Then we checked temperature at 6 am ut was 102.6 . We gave 1.5 ml paracetamol drops at 6 am. At 7 temperature was 100. He keeps getting up because of nose block. I have used saline spray once

Hi, My baby is 6.5 months old. he always had an issue with vomiting since he was 1 month old. however Dr said it will reduce once he starts solids. We started solid 15 days back and realised it has reduced. But since this afternoon he has been just vomiting after he eats anything. Please see the picture attached. I have given him khichdi in the afternoon. he barely had 2-3 bites and he is just spitting out since then.
