Hello doctor,my son is 5 months old,, i have started cerlac for him yesterday,now he is having temp of 100.3 .. Is this because of introducing solid can I continue him..or which solid is better for him now

Since last night my daughter 5 months old suddenly started to have red patches on her thighs, stomach and by morning it spreaded to some places. So we had gone to doctor, after seeing the patches he told that it is uticaria because of allergy. And gave Atarax drops 0.5ml BD and Caladoux lotion to apply. Is Uticaria a serious condition and generally how many days does it take to get back to normal condition. What other precautions to take for fast recovery.

My baby is 1 month old she often show Moro reflex streching her hand out for a second n back to normal and never cries. But today after her food we put her to sleep she slept for 15 mins showed jerky movements she was in Moro reflex but longer than other timesafter that she is restless keeps crying doesn't sleep. If we put down she gets more reflex n wakes. She wants to latch n only that makes her calm.. is it something to worry ? Note: to calm we gave b milk and also formula nothing worked

My baby is 5 months and since last 1 month he has just gained 500gm. Earlier His wt gain was around 200gm a week but suddenly it's just 500gm last month. His current wt is 8.380.
