Child Health Issues

Hi Doctor My daughter was born at 34w2d with bw 1.8kgs..She is 3 months 11 days old now..her weight is 4.4kg length is 56 cm and HC is 38 cm..Is it normal? Her one side of forehead is flat and forehead is protruding..I have read in google it looks like craniosynostosis but doc did physical exam and said nothing to worry it's just a facial structure and will settle as she grows...But I am worried about her forehead...will it be in normal shape? What should I do?

Immunisation schedule was missed for a year. She received OPV and MMR at nine months and nothing after that. She is two years old now, and received MMR 2, DTP/DTAP, and IPV. Yet to take - Typhoid, Varicella, Hepatitis A, PVC booster. Questions - 1. What are the overall risks involved with a one year delay? 2. Can the booster and follow up doses be given earlier than usual? Are there any risks involved? 3. Is there a corrective schedule available for missed immunisation cases?

My baby is 1 year old . Body weight is 8 kg+ . He has 103 fever. How much dose of pcm is given to him for 125 mg.

My baby just turn 6 months old. What food can i give her as starting? Can i give her cerelec? Also she had constipation issues earlier, can i give her gripe water ?

My son has been having cold symptoms since two days. I gave him Maxtra to give him some comfort. I made a huge mistake by giving him the dosage for syrup in drops. I gave him 2.5ml drops instead of .7ml before going to bed yesterday night and today also. I'm so worried, I can't believe I did this to him :( He is 3.3 years & weighs 12.7 kg). Can my child get her 10 weeks vaccination if she has cold? She has cold but no fever. She also has some congestion

Need a second opinion. My baby is a 1 year old and is recognized with stomach infection.. today is day 4. her watery stools are better now.. but her appetite is still poor and constantly getting fever of 102 degree after four hours of calpol. no medication on day 1. medication from pediatric day 2:  lanzol early morning...tufpro suspension twice daily...calpol 4to6 hours food restricted to rice, suji n breastfeeding. I'm worried of her fever that returns every 4 hour.. pls suggest!!

My daughter is 2yr old and having cough from more than 2weeks but from last 5 days at night coughing is very bad and she vomits after which too she coughs for few hours than sleeps have been taking homeopathic medicine for more than 1week but no improvement. Got her checked from dr if there is any infection in chest but she said yesterday everything is ok . But I am worried could this be anything chronic ? And should I continue homeopathic or go with Allopathic medicines

Dear doctor, My baby is 1.8 yrs old weight is 12.3kg ..since 2 days he is not getting hungry and denied to drink water still by tricks I was keeping him Hyderated.. but today 2 times he did semi liquid stools and one time watery stools... He is not wanted to drink.and eat...but baby is active... Doc suggested to give econorm sachet 2 times 3 days ..but m very much tensed coz last one month ago on 24th December he was admitted due to loose motions and again loose motions started... really feeling haunted for me now...is anything serious? Why frequently happening? Any reasons???
