Child Health Issues

My daughter, 21 months old has wet cough for 3 days now. She doesn't know to spit the phlegm out so she is swallowing. Can you suggest something to desolve phlegm?

My son has had a high fever for the past two days and is not reducing. We have been giving Calpol 250  and as per his paediatrician we have given meftal p  two times as of now. But yet the fever is not reducing. He is 12 KG and 2.6 years old.

Dr,Jinia Saha what do you mean by two weeks ? Does it mean jaundice go away by the age of two weeks old ? Or does it mean when jaundice occur after that it will go away by two weeks in term baby ?

Doctors , At  which age of baby physiological jaundice occur ? And once it  happen then in how many days it go away ?

Hello Doctor My daughter is 3 months 13 days old...She doesn't sleeps in day time...All time she wants to play and she just started mouthing...She is not drinking milk even...Already her appetite is very less...She used to drink 20-30 ml at a time but now she doesn't want to drink that even...She sleeps in night for 8-10 hours that's it....what should I do to make her sleep and drink milk...she is on fm...Aptamil gold...She was born at 34 weeks and bw was 1.8kg now 4.3kg...Please help

My preterm son is 27days old..he always gas gastric and GERD issue..yesterday night after feeding he vomitted not spitting up its vomitting..he vomitted three times.His stomach was hard yesterday as he was continously crying for milk and i was feeding him..am Concerned about the following 1) whether a breastfeeding baby can be overfed? 2) Is vomitting milk/curd like is normal 3) i gave him nanopeptine syrup as he was showing signs of stomach upset and gastric..will this cause vomitting?

Hi, My baby has a lump and redness and pain after DTp vaccinations on injection site from  last 5 days after giving vaccination.how long it lasts.is it normal ?how long it is ok to have that lump?what would be normal limit to have this redness and lump? after how many days i can wait ?

I am advised not to use pacifier for my 6 weeks old baby but can you please clarify if i can use pacifier when my baby has colic and crying non stop..?

Mere 3 saal ke bete ko pichhle do din fever aaya and has blocked nose too . Aj fever ni hai.. but nose is blocked.. nothing coming out of nose but still very loud noise is there while breathing.. I m concerned about the noises coming out of nose like snoring even when he is awake and when sleeping it's even more.. no chest congestion...

He is not having interest in eating. I am thelesimia minor that is why I think he is not putting on weight. Please suggest me tonic for increasing his weight immunity and heomoglobin.
