Child Health Issues

1.6 year old passing white stool , whenever we feeding him anything (milk , Dalia, Khichri ) he just vomit and if not doing vomit then passing stool ( white liquid). This is happening since last 2 days. (Pls see the attached image of poop)

Hi My 1.5 yeah old Male baby was suffering losse motion and very less urine output from last 4 days. We keep him hydrated all these days and as per Dr. Advise treated him with Taxim o Forte syrup. After 4 days, he become Active and urine output also increases upto 7 times but he is not passing stool for more than a day. We shall wait and see or need to take him for physical examination again? Appreciate your help!

For my kids initial 6,10,14 weeks vaccination done at government healthcare center. Next Flu vaccines 1&2 taken at private hospital in 6th nd 7th months. In Government centers in 9th month they are giving PCV booster, JE1, VitaminA and MR-1. But in private hospitals they're giving MMR-1. So in 9th month from government center once we taken PCV booster, JE1, VitaminA..on the same day without taking MR1, can we take MMR1 vaccine from private hospital ?
