Child Health Issues

Dear doctor, My baby is 1.8 year old and weight is 12.3kg he is facing loose motions problems yesterday he did one time watery stools and 2 times semi liquid stools but from yesterday 5:30pm till now he didn't do stools... Doctor told to give econorm sachet from yesterday today is 2nd day...why my baby is not doing stool?? Is there any problem? Also when he was playing he falls down and due to this he not able to walk properly but he is not crying and active? Can I apply moov cream to his legs actually we aren't understanding why he is not walking properly since last night

Is pacifier safe and can this be used for my 6 weeks old baby..? And also can i use gripe water for him now..?

Baby age is now 6 month and 3 days... His weight on 24 january 6700...birth weight was 3.040...height 63 CM... Head circumference 43 CM... Is this normal... He is active.. Playful...

My kid is 2.3 Yrs old and his weight is 17kg..he is often catching cold after every 2 weeks. Also ,he is not pooping for 3-4days ..his poop is very hard and painful. Due to cold/hard poop ,he does not eat properly and I can see a downfall in his weight. I want to be suggested with any stool softener i can give him and also any multi vitamin to improve his health and immunity..

My nephew is 4 years old and he has had a fever for a week we went to the doctor and he prescribed some tests and the test comes with typhoid positive, The doctor prescribed medicine ( taxim O forte, azee XL, macminic , and ibugesic plus ) he has been taking medicine since three days but fever didn't come down , please guide us what we should do.

Hi Doctor My daughter was born at 34w2d with bw 1.8kgs..She is 3 months 11 days old now..her weight is 4.4kg length is 56 cm and HC is 38 cm..Is it normal? Her one side of forehead is flat and forehead is protruding..I have read in google it looks like craniosynostosis but doc did physical exam and said nothing to worry it's just a facial structure and will settle as she grows...But I am worried about her forehead...will it be in normal shape? What should I do?
