Hello Doctor, My baby boy is 10 months and 18 days old. Can I feed him daily 1 almond mixed and boiled with rice? Please suggest. Thank you

My son is 4 month old. He has got cold and getting sound from nose from last week due to travel. His doctor suggested him "remune" Anti allergic probiotic only. And asked for give him nebulizer with sodium chloride solution and Nasoclear drop. I have started these medicine from yesterday. But now he is coughing and having a bit runny nose. What should I give him now? One of his pediatric has suggested Mucolit drop. Is it ok

My daughter is 9 months old . She likes to shake body forward and backward while sitting and bangs head. Also she sits and stands while standing most of the time. Earlier I had ignored it but now she is doing it every time while she Is awake. She does not like when we try to stop her from doing so. My baby age is 3.5 months. Her weight is 5.3 kgs. She always got hiccups.and sometimes splitting up amount of milk.always put fingers in mouth.is she have ideal weight gain or not? She is on  breastfeeding. I think she is not get enough milk That's why she put her fingers in mouth.her wight is 5.3kgs. may I add formula feed for her or breastfeeding is enough? My baby is 6 months. Small amount of blood streaks in baby stool. Not everyday, if today seen then next time not present. Sometimes he gives pressure to pass poop. I am breastfeeding and sometimes formula feeding him. It's been more than 1 month since i am seeing blood. Blood is seen only some days and not visible is naked eye. But this time it is very much visible. Baby seems well feeding. Not crying also tried changing the formula from nanPro to enfamil. Not started solids yet.

My baby is 23 days old, he is suddenly taking hiccups for last 10 min. I tried him to burp but continuously it is running. Tried breastfeeding too but no improvement
