Which type of seizure
My (1year 4 months)  child got wet in the rain and the climate is too cold. Evening she got seizure with no fever. Next day she got fever(103 degree). Pediatrician says it to be febrile seizure. But pediatric neurologist says it is not a febrile seizure since no fever at the time of seizure. Which one of the suggestion should I consider?

Please follow the neurologist advice as he is a specialist and has updated knowledge. Also it is more important to know if seizure will occur again and if tests and /or treatment are needed
