Child Health Issues

Please let me know how through IGE test it is concluded that it's asthma.my kid is 4 year old and his IGE level came 637.Doctor said its allergic asthma but he didn't face any breathlessness.

My child is 3.5 months old and her weight is 4.5 kg. Her birth weight was 2.75 kg. Is my child gaining good weight. If not then what should I do.

My 2 year old daughter has consistent mild swelling just below both eyes (please zoom the attached picture) since last 6-8 months. Aside this, she doesn't have any other symptoms. In December 2022, we conducted Urine test and reports indicate: Total Protein = 16.40 mg/dl Creatinine = 61.55 Protein Creatinine Ratio = 0.27 Please refer to the detailed report attached report. Urine culture is normal. Body weight is 11 kgs Urine frequency is normal We did this test in August 2022 also: Total Protein = 6 mg/dl Creatinine = 15.42 Protein Creatinine Ratio = 0.39 Please guide if we need to worry??? What to do next?

My 14 month old son was having running nose so I gave Azithromycin for 3 days 5ml each day but running nose was still there so I went to consult a doctor and he gave Roxithromycin for 5 days 4ml morning and 4ml evening. I am giving Roxithromycin from 2 days now, total of 4 doses I have already given. But running nose is still there and my son started to cough now. Before giving Roxithromycin I have stopped giving Azithromycin. Is there any side effects of start giving Roxithromycin after stopping Azithromycin. Please help.

My Baby is being exclusively breastfed. She is 3 months old now. Her weight was 3.64 kg on 19th Nov. And it is 3.85kg on 2nd Dec. My Pediatrician is saying no need of Formula feeding. Is this weight gain sufficient or should I resort to some other means?

Hello My daughter will turn 5 yrs old in Feb she suffering from coughing last 4months not in the day but once she lie down on the bed spcly in the night she coughs continously. I m giving her cough syrup continously.

It's been 7 days but I am not able to breast feed my baby because there is no milk in my breast. I have to give formula milk to baby. Please suggest what to do for producing milk.
