Child Health Issues

My son age 1.6 years weighing 10.3 kg is  sufferring from cough. Can hear slight sounds from throat as well while he is sleeping. Please suggest any medicine/ remedy.

Hello sir and mam🙏🏻, I had csection on 9th january. I used medicine pirox dt, cefoclav and Chymonet ap for incision healing. So i want to know that can this medicine affect my baby? Can this medicine pass through breastmilk.? Pllz suggest something.

My 15 days old baby girl who's birth weight was 3.1 kgs and current weight is 3.45 kgs is demanding milk in 6 hrs and drinks approx 90-120 ml of milk in each feed Initially I used to feed her every three hours but she used to take a lot of time more than an hour to drink milk and also didn't drink properly...so I started to feed her on demand... Now she drinks properly the mentioned quantity but demands milk in approx 6 hrs... My question is that is this condition normal or is there any thing that I should be worried about?

Baby girl was born on 29th December 2022 with 2.6 kgs weight. From that time the baby is not pooping but passing gas sometimes. We met the children doctor 2 times after and he gave Enema due to which she pooped. She is 21 days old as of 18th jan 2023. We are using digestion syrup and constipation syrup for baby but she is still not pooping without enema. Is there any issue to be worried for the baby and what we need to do resolve this.

Hi Doctors, My lil one is 8 weeks old n she is having nose blocking issue, i checked with paediatrician n they asked me to use nasal drops. I'm using them extensively, but still she is having difficulty while feeding n sleeping. I tried giving steam as well, but it is not helping much. Could you please suggest is there any medicine i can use?? Note: there is no running nose Thanks in Advance

Hello doctors.. Baby is 6 months old... His gum is looking like this... Is this teething gum??? Picture is attached..

We travelled up and down a mountain yesterday. The ride was full of bends and shaky. The baby while travelling down vomited with crying once but a lot of the drunk milk. She is active and happy after that. I am worried if the vomiting was because of any other serious issues like a head injury caused by frequent shakes in the ride. Should I visit a doctor? Please advise.

My baby is 4 months old... From past one week she has stopped making any kind of sounds .. previously she was responding to our talks by making sounds ...wth aahhh ooohhh gur gur sound ... But now she is not making any sound...It seems she is trying to make sound when we talk to her but is unable to... We are so much worried about all this.. To add here she was having chest infection and throat infection ...jus recovered two days back frm that... Can  I delay 7  month  influenza  vaccine by 1  week? Or it should  be given  in given date  itself?
