Fever since yesterday morning. Fever comes and goes. It's been more than 30 hours. And sometimes it's 101. We have been giving p250 8 ml. What to do next ?

My baby girl is having cold from past 1 month and it's not reducing nor getting high and from 1 month I m giving sinerest af drops and nasovian 0.01% and finally yesterday I consulted doctor and he changed medicine to L montus and ascoril ls and baby is not having cough so I did not use ascoril drops and I put her only Lmontus and still cold is same what Can be done next step?? Can mother keeping hands in water and working in water and roaming out In air cause cold for baby???
