Child Health Issues

My 8 years son having Fever and Cough since yesterday, we are given P250, Azee 250 and Alex Junior syrup medicine which are referred by local RMP doctor in my village. But fever not controlled. Could you please help me, is there any other medication required.

How many times we should breast feed 4 months old girl baby? I feed her on demand in a day 4 times and in night 2-3 times is it ok or we should feed more?

My son 5yrs 9month having cold cough with  fever from last Aug every month..we did all d test and everything is fine...everytime doctor telling its due to viral and bacterial infection only..but am very worried as he is getting it every month ..and it's coming whenever he is going to school for 1/2week..plz suggest is this OK..

My 2yrs baby boy was dancing on the bed and fall on my knee and got hit on the nose  He cried and we saw some mild blood on the nose. It's also stopped. We have given some ice pack on the nose. Is there anything we can give to help him so that he does not get any pain later. We have nasivion drop and calpol drop and thrombophob gel etc at home. Are these of any help. Please suggest if there is anything we can do to help him. Any home remedy?

My girl is 1 yr old doing yellowish green poop 7_9 time since yesterday 3.30am before that whitish light green colour poop 2 times a day since last Tuesday..she has taken cooked paneer monday in lunch ... Need any suggestions baby is active but feeling hungry crying alot...after breast feeding shue is playing active had runny nose and cough  today Plz help out.

Hello Doctor, My baby is 11 months old. He's started teething on this month January 13th on upper jaw (Please find the attached pic). But some people are saying that- firstly teeth should start in lower jaw, but should not come in upper jaw. Is it true doctor? Please suggest. Thank you.
