Child Health Issues

My baby is having cold, cough and fever. Baby weight is 7.6 kg. Doctor has suggested to give ascoril ls drops 0.7 ml 3 times 5 days and Coriminic drops 0.7 ml 2 times 5 days . Is these medicines safe? Is the dosage correct?

My son is 8 week old , his weight is 5.9 kg. He has a little bit of reflux and colic issues too. Not taking any medicines though. He is solely on formula milk, is 720ml of formula milk per day enough for this?? Or he requires more?

When my twin were stil new born now they are six months they refused tummy time no matter how hard I try to do it they kept crying at a point I got tired myself because it was not easy so now they are seven months yesterday they can sit properly without support, but crawling is difficult for them I don't know how to get them to crawl am just a first time mum😔😔please help with your advice thanks in advance

My daughter has very dry skin. Especially the leg area. It's not like baby skin. I use himalaya and cetaphil products. Coconut oil. Use liquid paraffin also as suggested by the doctor but nothing works properly. I used homemade malai ( milk cream also) but no use. Any good brand or product suggested which will perfect for very very dry skin.
