  4. Cough for kid. These medicines to kids?

My daughter is 4.5 years she has cough and doctor has prescribed Duolin 3 and budecort 0.5mg for nebulization. Can we give these medicines to kids? As I saw Duolin 3 should be given only after 12 years of age
