Naval button swollen
Hi Doctor, My daughter is of 45days old infant her naval button size is increasing day by day I suspect it was swollen does, will it cause any serious problem? Shall we visit hospital immediately? Kindly suggest. Thanks in advance

This is an umbilical hernia which is often seen in babies due to lax abdominal wall . This will subside once the child starts walking by 1 to 1.5 yrs of age

No, it's umbilical hernia, don't worry, it resolves in most cases as child gets old. You can do a USG done and take consultation
