Child Health Issues

Hi, my son has been diagnosed as downs syndrome after birth...he is now 4+ age.. we have tried OT and BT from past 1year but did not see any difference. He is little hyper, does not have eye contact and sitting tolerance. Health wise he is good and also walks well and does what ever he like. Communicates with actions but verbal communication is not there. Now a days we see that he says bababa sounds.. fearing that will he be able to speak or not. Which doctor we should go to also we are not sure... need further suggestions from experts like you all...Do we have any medications for Downs syndrome.. Do we need to visit any neurologist? please suggest further.

Hi, My son is 3Y 9M old. He is vomiting and having watery loose motion from morning. We have visited doctor and he prescribed medicines like O&M and one powder sachet for morning and night. After giving the medicine, he vomited everything. I have given emeset 2.5 ml, he vomited it within 10 mins. How to handle this? How to keep him hydrated?

My baby is currently 1 month 19 days old...he is suffering from cold and there is phelgm in his throat...can some one pls tell me effective remedies that can cure his cold and clear phelgm...as of now we r giving him saline nasal drops

My son whonis 3 year old getting white / yellowish pus in eyes continuously since 5 hrs. Getting it for almost every 5 mins once. And his body temperature also increased but less than 100. Is this just because or body heat or anything else like conjunctivitis...etc. And any home remedies which we can try please.

2 years 5 months baby.  Fever occurs in the evening after a week.  Temperatures range from 99 to 100.  Fever lasts 2 to 3 days. CBC, typhoid, maleria, urin culture all tests have done, all reports are normal. What to do ?

My baby is 10months old and am breastfeeding. Gynecologist prescribed me to take Cerazette tablet as bleeding was not stopping due to pcos. I have been taking Cerazette from last 1month but my baby has got white spots on forehead. Pediatrian told that is fungal infection. My question is whether fungal infection which my baby got is due to Cerazette tablet or due to environmental changes. They also told not to use powder to baby as I have been using lot of powder to my baby. They gave antifungal cream to apply for 15days , fungal infection is reduced now. My another question is ..does fungal infection reoccur? Please advise.

Hello Doctor, My baby is 9 and half months old. I stopped giving vitamin D drops to him when he was 5 months old. Is it ok or should I again start to give Vitamin D drops? Please suggest. Thank you.

Hi my newborn who is  19 days old ...she is active baby but when i give breastmilk she spit it out after 15 mins ...is this normal ...of she spit out milk is she gain weight pls tell me clarification is this normal

Hi doctor. my kid is 2 year old - boy. he often get few red spots in his private area. anyway it goes on its own in few days. again it came back after week or two. its been likes this for few months. he will be in diaper while sleeping in night. so in a day, ly 4-5 hours he wear diaper. rest f the days he will be free. i want to know what could be the reason. how to prevent.

My 2 months baby is wheezing from last 1 month and do not have any cold symptoms.  Plz advice that why it is happening.
