My boy is 3 months 18 days old. His neck is not stable yet. But he can lift his head and can turn his neck. But it is not yet stronger its still shaking. He is not rolling over. He is not even trying for that. When we put him on one side he tries for rolling by bringing his head and leg forward. But he is not even trying to lying on his side by himself. Is this normal. Does he still have time or we have to consult our doc.

Hi Doctors, Attached photos. My one month old new born baby has developed this tiny red bumps all over his body since last 3 days. Also he is not sleeping well like before. Applied caloe lotion as doctor suggested, but not decreasing. Will it take time to rid? Or how to cure this one? Pls help us.
