My 4 month old baby sleep
My 4 month old baby has gone without sleep for 10 hours straight . ( cat naps of 20 mins twice )
What could be the cause

It's normal. If no other complaints and if baby is feeding normal, urinating normal, Normal activity then everything is Allright.
