Baby fell nose and lip bleed
My son is 16 months old, 11.6 kg. Was sitting in tub of bathroom ad fell face first. Blood came from nose and mouth. He has little cut in lips and nose. We took him to doctor he told its wound in nose and lips.
Bleeding stopped within few minutes.
So what to do??
Our doctor has prescribed
Clamp kid forie syrp. 3 ml-0-3 ml. For 5 day
Coldkem plus syp. 5 ml-5ml-5 ml for 6 days
Mefinex susp 3 ml-0-3 ml. For ,2 day
Xlyomet s drop every 2 hourly
All this medicine.. wont the wound heal on own. Hes normal now.

Clamp kid is antibiotic as there is wound here its useful to prevent infection.
Mefinex can prevent pain and Inflammation.
Coldkem is decongestant useful if cold and xylomet s drops too useful for cold.
