From Last two days fever p 250 syrup has given by doctor but not effective what to do plz help my baby

My 56days old baby poop colour is slighly broenish yellow..he is taking iron and calcium supplements is that due to medication..poop image is duly attached..is that colour normal

Hello My 5 yr old child is suffering from cough from last 6 months ... I have consulted many doctors but no relief .. given her nebulizer as well fr 1 month .. whenever she lie on bed constantly cough starts which leads to lack of sleep. I m really tired plz help 🙏

Hello my baby boy is 13months.He wakes up at 9.00 am and till night 9pm..he only pees 2 to3 times and niht 9 to 9 he is on diaper.Not sure if he is peeing whole night or not.But he passes motion 3 to 4 times a day. Urine colour is normal and doesn' t show any pain while peeing.He drinks breast milk and about 200ml of water in a day. What is the problem

I Have 13months baby urinates only 3 to 4 times in whole day.He drinks 2 to 3 times breast milk ina day and feeds around 3to4 times in the night and have around 200ml water in a day.He is active , urine color is normal and also shows no pain while urinating.He passes motion 3-4 times a day.Please help
