Child Health Issues

Hello dr my baby is suffering from face acne he is 1 month old only how to prevent it doctor any cream lotion or what.

There are several few small red dots in my twin daughters back.both of them have it.they vanish and comes back after few days.local gp said not to worry but it bothers us. No medicine has been prescribed by the doctor.

Hi my baby is six months old can i start with cerelac wheat or should I give her nestum rice first as she will be trying food for the first time.kindly advice

Today I noticed a single white hair in my son who is 4 years old. Is it normal ? Or will other hairs also turn white soon? His diet includes rice, dhal,green veggies, and egg.

My 2.8 year old son speaks too softly like whispering at home as well as outside (school,playarea).He can speak abcd,1234,few words of ryms,then he repeat what we will ask him although it's not fully clear .He communicate by doing 'OO' sound or by pointing fingers outside.Whenever he shouts / cries that time only his voice is loud otherwise he is speaking too softly .How can I get him to speak loudly?

Child of 3years has vomiting 3days back since then she is not eating anything. From yesterday she started complaining about stomach pain and stomach is hard to touch and kind of bloated. Since today morning she has passed loose stools with mucus for more than 10times and she still has stomach pain. Gave her emeset Cyclopam yesterday Today gave her colic aid, dicyclo suppository. Still no improvement. Don't know what to do

My 2years kid had high fever 30days back, when we have done CBC slightly iron deficiency he had. so Dr suggested iron syurp, from last 9 days he s getting blood in poop when we went to Dr he asked to stop iron syrup and he gave  drink to loose the stool has my kid was finding difficult to poop ..worried now still not stopped ..

Hello doctors.. Can give simple roasted almond powder with cerelac... And canbgive sabu with formula milk to 7 month baby...?? Suggest some food which I can give to baby...

We have given 6ml of P-500mg paracetamol to 7 year old child 6 times in 48 hours instead of 3ml dose. Will it effect health of child and need to take any further check up?.
