Can we give lukewarm coconut water to 7.5 month baby in summer? If yes then in what manner and quantity

My son has had a fever, runny nose and cough for the past 3 days. He is active in between fever spikes. We consulted a doctor and he said it is virul flu. I am giving Crocin every 6 hours along with cold and cough syrup. How many days a viral fever lasts? He is getting fever 6 hours after having fever medicine. The temperature is mostly high at night time. Please let me know how to take care of him.

I have started giving solids before some days. As my baby is 6 months old. Yesterday I have given apple puree and today I noticed some black threads or strings in yellow poop. Is this normal ??

My kid 3.5 years got fever from on 15th march 2023 to till.from last 4 days Fever coming every 4 hrs , We starts penadol n brufin for every 4hrs alternative, after medicine it reduces and again 4hrs coming We starts antibiotic 2 days before, but still same problem After starts antibiotic continue nasal discharge is there Doctor told it will take 3 to 4days b.coz of flue Can. My baby had cold, cough and fever the whole week and diarrhoea for 3 days. His diarrhoea has stopped and his cold and fever is gone but still mild cough. However he is peeing less. Diaper changes were about 3-4 during the day but now he needs changes only one during the day. Kindly help

From a weeks my daughter sometimes while feeding she looked like she is having breathing problem but from two days it's look like she have breathing from without feeding time also. She cough and sneeze two to three times a day. One of my Doctor friend recommend NAM COLD NS Saline Nasal Drops. Can Please Suggest what to do.
