Child Health Issues

I have attached the report which my child had been admitted around 50 days back due to fever.whats RS and PA in the report is it normal or what .he complains of dizziness and headache when he bends down and got up.what should be done next .

My child was admitted around 2 months back due to fever and URI as told and have attached the report of admission so I want to know what does PA and CVS in the report and is it normal or how .he is fine but yet he says headache and dizziness when bend and got up or when there is cold .

My son is 3 years old and weigh 14.5kgs. He has cold and thick mucus is coming from his nose. Also sound is coming when he breath as he is breathing from mouth and his nose seems blocked. I started giving t minic drops 1ml twice a day. Kindly suggest.

Mistakenly  given paracetamol over dose instead of 1 ml given 3ml in one time not given next dose it's completed almost 30 hours still not given next dose is it ok baby is 6 months old and 7 kg weight

My baby is 45 days old and her total bilirubin is 5.40 her direct bilirubin is 0.40 and indirect bilirubin is 5.00. her haemoglobin is 10. She urinate 10 times in 24 hours and she passed stool after 6 to 7 days now a days. Does she need any more medication or treatments?? Please answer my question asap. Thanks

Instead of 1 ml i am given 3ml of paracetamol 125mg/1ml It's completed 24 hours. And also I am not given the next dose Also, the baby is now 6 months old and 7 kg is it ok or any problem plz give reply
