  4. Cough cold fever. Or can i change?

Hi my son age is 4 years old. he is   suffering from cold cough fever I'm using orcicof and maxtra syrup. these syrups good for cough and cold or not? can i use these syrups or can I change? Pls tell which syrup is best for quick relief from cough and cold.
