My son is experiencing green diarrhoea with fever. I am giving him Bifilac gg, redotil sachets twice Suggested by doctor from our last visit recently. Is it something to worry about as it is happening frequently from past month? Please suggest

Hello sir ga. My baby is 1 year n 3 months old. Last 2 weeks back he was on treatment for fever n cough for 7-8 days days with here local paediatric dr. After 1 week again from yesterday he is having fever ups n downs. We are giving imol suspension. Please suggest any medicine with blood test to confirm the exact reason for fever.
