Child Health Issues

Hello doc . My son is 6 months old . He's a very regular and he poops everyday . But he's not pooped for past 2 days . His weight gain is normal . I find his lips to be super dry and it's bleeding sometimes. The climate here is super dry and hot What can be done . I breastfeed him regularly and as per the paed consultation we started giving him moong dal water two days back . Please advice

My daughter is 5 month old . She woke up after every hour at night and started crying . She never did that . What could be the reason ?? How to check for an ear infection??

Hello Doctor, My baby boy is 14 months old. As it's heavy summer now- should I apply sunscreen lotion for baby. From which age can I start applying sunscreen to baby and please suggest a sunscreen lotion brand?

Baby boy birth weight was 3.3 kgs and now he just completed 2 months but his weight is 5 kgs now. He is breastfeeding but he takes little bit milk from one breast per feed and sleeping off. Because of this he didn't get expected weight or weight is normal?

My 5year old son have got fever,cold and mild throat infection since 4days.now fever came down but he got upset stomach. He's struggling to poop. He says it is hurting And smelly fart and smelly poop which isn't hard or loose its like in paste form but very smelly... I have started enterogermina twice and zn20 1 time a day for 14days as doctor's advice... Please tell me how can I help him to get better. Will it get better without antibiotics? And what food will heal is tummy. What i can give him.? What i shouldn't give? He complains pain sometimes.. he's farting... Please guide . He's drinking lot of water.

My son had fever yesterday as 100.6, for last two days he was having cough intermittently. I gave him ibufoen 5ml. 4 days back my wife was also ill. Kindly suggest further course of action. If the fever comes should I give i bufeon or some other paracetamol.

I was getting vaccine for my "3 month old infant son" in Hyderabad, but due to travel I now need to get vaccine done from another city. He has been given vaccine upto 10 weeks and yet to receive 14th week/4th month vaccine. I have attached his vaccine schedule for reference, I need humble advice on 2 queries: (1). Should he be given either either IPV or OPV , or both. Doctor in my hometown suggests that only IPV is needed which is part of injection, no explicit OPV is required (but previous doctor in Hyderabad also administered additional OPV along with injection, so I am confused here)? , (2). Previous doctor in Hyderabad gave painless vaccination but doctor in my hometown suggested to change next vaccine to simple one as per him it creates better immunity. So, should I now change it to simple vaccine and different brand for 14th week? Currently, my son has received "Hexaxim + Prevenar + Rotarix" , in 6th and 10th week. I want to seek advice for 14th week on above two queries.

Hi dr My son is 2.5 years, yesterday he took a medicine named atorlip usually given to stoke patients but he could swallow it.. I took it out.. And asked him to rinse his mouth also I made him drink a lot of water after the incident . Probably mayb outer coating went inside his body.. Bcz he was licking it .. Is this something dangerous bcz today I am seeing his pee has increased alot.. Almost 9  times he peed.. Are these two related? Please help me.. If I should rush to a nearby dr i live in a tier 2 city where getting a good pediatrician is again an issue
