Hello , Greetings for the day,
My baby is 18 months old and from 2-3 days i can see red thread like structure in her poop. They are so many in numbers . Are they worm??? Or is there anything to worry?

Not moving then less likely worms.
Usually worms are whit but can be red.
Those are normal red streaks and requires no medicine.
