Cow milk allergy

Hi my baby develops rashes on his cheeks ...it's not everytime he drink milk...but sometimes it appears...I don't want to cut milk from his diet as he cries when milk not given Can't afford coconut soy and other milk options...by drinking buffalo milk he don't get rash... So can I continue with buffalo milk? Rashes appears when cow milk is given
