Hi Mam. Since the baby has crossed 6 months you can start complimentary feeding with rice porridge, ragi porridge, mashed potatoes, cerelac etc. 3 to 4 feeds till 8 months and 4 to 5 feeds from 9 months. Remaining feeds  you can give breastfeeding. You can express breast milk in a clean tumbler  and give it by spoon (if the baby needs milk when you go to work) . It should not be heated or given in bottle. At room temperature the expressed breast milk is safe upto 6 hours.  Cow's milk and packet milk are to be avoided until baby is 1 year of age as they can induce cows milk allergy. If you still need to some other milk you can give formula milk like NanPro 2
