  4. 102-103 Fever, no cold or cough. Advise!

102-103 Fever, no cold or cough
My son started getting fever since day before yesterday, the first day it was mild around 100 but since yesterday he has 101-102 and today morning and afternoon had 103 fever. He has no other symptoms like cough or cold and is otherwise active when fever goes down. Giving him fever meds and taking a doctor's appointment for today evening. Please advise

Give him ibugesic plus syrup and also keep him hydrated. Looks like viral.
