Child Health Issues

My son is currently 2 months & 1 week old. 10 days ago his 2nd set of vaccines were given (Dtap/dtwp, hib, OPV & Hepatitis), BUT in doctor's vaccine chart - Rotavirus 1, IPV 1 & PCV 1 is not mentioned. So, when to give these 3 missed vaccines ? After 4 weeks of last dose? Or immediately now? If after 4 weeks then, can we give these missed doses along with the 3rd set of vaccines, which I think will be too many doses in one schedule.

When baby's head Fontanelles closes, my son is 19 months old and weight 11kg. till what age it will get closed. do we need to give any medicines to him?

My baby is 2.5 months old and he is having shivering in leg. Doctor has advised calcimax. My baby is full term and birth weight is around 4.1kg I am giving him vitamin d3 drops. Is it ok to give calcimax as well as advised by the doctor. We have not checked his calcium levels and doctor has prescribed when I told him about leg shivered symptoms. Is it safe to give both calcimax and vitamin d3 without test. Is there anything called overdose of calcium syrup in babies if we are giving without checking the calcium levels.

Hello doctor, My son is 11 month old. His height is 72cm and weight is 8.5kg. From past 1 and half month his weight is not increasing he looks very thin .even dark circles are formed.  I am really worried.  We are giving formula,  vitamin D3, zincovit, iron drops, coliaid drops as he have gas problem so. He et  Raagi, rice makhana dry fruits (Badam,Pista,Kharjur,Kishmish) porridge Fruits like apple pappaya pure . dal  rice with carrot beans ,ghee , palak, I am giving.  He eats very less. After this again 90ml formula he take.  Now we are giving 4 meals Please help me . how to increase my baby weight. He is active , now he started standing with support. Guide us
