Child Health Issues

I have 11 month old baby. He doesn't respond to his name, neither make any eye contact. His milestones are: His head was stable at around 6 months, He started sitting without support at 7 months, He started rolling from back to tummy & tummy to back at 10 months He started coming to sitting position from tummy at 10.5 month. Now he is taking crawl position & takes 1-2 steps, also tries to stand up taking support. But he is not making any eye contact Not responding to his name. Despite being called innumerable times & or making any sound, doesn't make him look up. When he was around 2 months, we even did his hearing test. It was fine. What should be the possible cause ? Should I get worried?

My baby was1990kg  when he was born and now after 2 months 15 days weight is 3.25..is it something to worry about.

Baby was born at 37 weeks and her birth weight is 2.2 kgs. Baby is now 4 and half months and exclusively breastfed. Her weight now is. 5.1 kg. Is this weight gain normal. She was gaining around d 800 -900 gms in first three months. In last one month she has gained only 300 gm. Is this fine.

Hi My 2.5 month old baby is sleeping from yesterday 8 PM to until 10-11 AM today. He is not getting up for feeding as well. I am forcefully waking him up for feeds and doing dream Feeding. As while feeding also he is sleeping . He is exclusively breastfeeding. What could be the possible casues, I am really worried. Is it normal for babies this age to sleep 20 hours a day. His birth weight was 4.1 kg and he is 6.5 kg currently. He has no fever, no cold. What to do?
