Child Health Issues

My baby is 8.5 months old, she is sitting unassisted when we put her to sit but she is not pulling herself or rocking herself to sit,she does rock on her arms and knees but has not figured out sitting yet,we are worried what should we do,please help

My son had a burn injury on 10th april , got admitted , then platelet count was 2.51, then adeno virus effected on 11th, after 2days fever gone, on 15th he had again fever , then platelet count shows 2.42, on 21st it shows 1.67, where normal value shows 2 to 2.49, CRP 1.7, now no fever for last 2 days.. kindly help ,

Hi. My 3 year old son getting hiccups almost everyday last one week!! When he gets hiccups,  it is for two mins only and then once he drinks water he is fine. My mil saying as common and not to worry! Is it ok

My son 5 year old was unwell for 10 days, some tests were done, in which hep A igg was positive. He was already vaccinated for hep A . Is this test hav igg (hep a) was positive because of past vaccination? Please help.

Today I got my 45 days child bun test along with pottasium serum , creatinine and sodium on doctor advise. Bun serum is 25 Creatinine serum is 0.55 Sodium serum is 131.56 Pottasium serum is 5.29 Child was on cow milk feed from the past one month due to mother's surgery after c section She went through laprotomy due to abdominal pus collection Mother feed is now 2 times a day Child is completely normal and active Doctor suggested formula milk and have started also Kindly suggest is it a very serious condition to worry about.
