Today I got my 45 days child bun test along with pottasium serum , creatinine and sodium on doctor advise. Bun serum is 25 Creatinine serum is 0.55 Sodium serum is 131.56 Pottasium serum is 5.29 Child was on cow milk feed from the past one month due to mother's surgery after c section She went through laprotomy due to abdominal pus collection Mother feed is now 2 times a day Child is completely normal and active Doctor suggested formula milk and have started also Kindly suggest is it a very serious condition to worry about.

My 4 years 4 , got burn injury on 10th april , platlet count shows 2.49, affected with adeno virus , no fever for 13th and 14th , again fever comes back on 15th, remains for 5days , on 17th platelet count shows 2.2, on 21st shoes 1.67 where normal value is 2- 4.9, his blood CRP 1.7... Hii doc, my baby girl who is 8 months old and weighing 7 kg's having fever more than 102+ from yesterday night, had given her dolo drops 1ml in btw 5 hours of gap,but the fever didn't drop till morning I gave meftal drops 2.5ml the temperature dropped to 98.2 after again 5 hours it increased from afternoon temperature is 101.1 hasn't dropped soo visited pediatric he told baby suffering from URTI throat congested it was red soo he gave antibiotic bactoclav, is it good to use antibiotics at this early kindly suggest.

Hi my baby is 7months completed baby and she is very calm but today she is crying more ,she is feeling uneasy I don't know what to do what to give

3 and a half month old baby who is on exclusive breastfeeding (approx 8 feeds a day) has not passed motion/potty in 3 days. Since birth he has passed motion daily (2-3 times a day). Baby is not showing any signs of discomfort except in evening time gets a little fussy. Urine output is normal(6-8 times a day) though spit ups occur right after feeds. Please suggest if anything needs to be done for motions or is it normal?

Hi , my 8 months daughter has been diagnosed with Lipoma on her back. We consulted a Pediatric surgeon and in the Ultrasound report, it was shown that the swell also had blood veins in it too which makes surgery not easy. I had below questions here Will it be okay to perform surgery or does it need any other way to take care of blood vessels? We came to know that, incase of blood vessels, the lump will be removed by injection, so what will be safe in this case? Surgeon said, to further examine the lump, do we need to get the MRI, is it safe to do MRI on such young girl? If MRI is required, the baby has to be sedated it seems, so it will make 2 Anesthesia, 1 st scan and the other during operation. Is it safe for the baby?

Hi doctors, My 25 days old child gained 500gms in last 10 days. Is this healthy? His pee and poo count are ok.
