Child Health Issues

Hi my baby is having mild cold and stuffy nose. And her 3.5 months vaccination due is tomorrow. Whether we can go ahead with vaccination?

My baby girl 9 months old and she always falls from cot in a fraction of second and almost 6th time she fell today and she fell from sofa while playing and she cries and becomes normal and no one is there to take care of baby and does it cause any harm for her in future and she does nt hav any injury and she had mild redness in head and disappeared in few seconds. Every time I see through very careful but by the time I blink my eyes she I'll fall .

My 2 sons mostly having fever, i give them paracetemol syrup and it becomes normal in 1 or 2 days, but fever i noticed they get it almost once or twice in a month.. what can be issue

My 12 month baby girl, twisting her body frequently while playing is that normal or she have any issue???

My baby doesn't sleep at all. She sleeps only for 3-4 hours at night. Someone suggested that I give Phenergan syrup 1ml. She's 9 months old. Can I give her so that she can sleep well? As I'm a working mother doing a night shift.

Hey doctor...My baby is 9.5 month old... she still drinks my milk.  Does not drink  formula/cow milk.  So, there won't be any problem for the baby because of this, will it?

My son is 2.9 year old. He speaks 4-5 word sentences. Knows numbers till 20 and can go beyond with little help. Knows alphabets, animals, birds, fruit, vegetables, birds and several other things. He has also started writing a few alphabets and numbers. Knows several rhymes even the national anthem to some extent, recognizes lot of relatives. Good eye contact, follows instructions 90 percent of the times. He is also able to tell us when he is sleepy, or has to poop/ already pooped (not yet potty trained). He has started nursery and his teacher says he does not follow instructions at all and also repeats a lot of things she says, which he also does at home. What do i do? He has not been assessed. One of the doctor we visited when he was 2 on a random visit wrote something which i cnt get over. Please help and also what does the numbers mean, he did not explain.
