Child Health Issues

My son has had intermittent fast Breathing or Shortness of breath issues for the past 1 month. Sometimes it happens 4-5 times in 1 hour and sometimes it doesn't occur for many hours. There is no issue while he sleeps. His X-Ray report, CECT Report and Laryngoscopy is normal. The only thing we did was milk change and we thought it was a milk allergy. We have stopped the milk and started giving Similac isomil there is no issue for 5 days but he has cold and chest congestion during these days along with fever. Now he has a little bit of mucus in his nose and these intermittent fast Breathing happening again. Not sure what exactly is happening with him. Is it Allergy, Chest Issue, Anxiety or anything else. No idea what type of doctor I reach out too.

I gave my toddler Azitharal xl 100 and neopeptine together as he faced some stomach upset । Is it reduce antibiotic's effects? Today was the last dose। Should I give him another day? Please answer me।

My 5 year baby vaccination done of tcv,MMR,ipv, one vaccination PCV which was given at the age of below 1 year by mistake doctor given pcv also. Now fever continue from 3 days.and is there any worse effect of pcv vaccination done by mistake. Plz suzzest

Hi My son having fever for past 3 days if I give para 250 temp not reducing. Then I gave suppository for two days. Today 6.30pm I gave suppository, then 9 I gave 250. Still fever not reduced. My Dr told in case u gave ibugesic syrup .I gave around 12 ibugesic. How long do I need to give wait to give para. P250 n ibugesic wat duration need to wait plz advice temp not dropping to 101.

Rest dr, 2 and half year old boy baby,little loose motion and small blood stain see he eats watermelon so I am not sure it's blood but night he said stomach pain not crying toomuch sleeping nicely so if any problem

My son was suffering in Typhoid fever in the month of May. After 10-12 days,by using medicine and Antibiotics the fever was normal and every thing was normal. One month ago again the fever attacked his body.That time most of our family members suffered by fever. So we thought that it was viral fever . From 20 days he told us about his abdomen pain. Then we consult a child specialist and he prescribed Decolic when necessary. Now sometimes he told us about his abdomen pain. Then we did a Scan/USG. In the report every thing was normal but One point was not clear to us.So again we consult with another child specialist and she gave us four test. 1. CBC 2. ESR 3.MONTAUX 4. WIDAL TEST Report is :-Hemoglobin -11.4, Typhoid - positive(Rapid Card Method),E.S.R- 40 (Range is 0-10mm/Hrs) Tlc-6600 ,polymorphs 48, Lymphocyte 46, Eosinophils 05, Monocyte 01, Basophils 00, platelets 2.70. Montaux test report will come after 48 hrs. Please tell me that all the report are normal?Typhoid till active?
