4.5 month baby is not sleeping due to teething and running nose. Please suggest something as she is not sleeping at all during the night and continuously crying.

My son having fever above 101.5, given crocin 240 but fever is not going down. Vomited twice. Also we given medication Flueshild as per doctor suggested. Fever is not going down. Please suggest.

My baby boy is 21 months old (20 months corrected). Hia weight is 11kg As per last doctor visit. He says mumma, papa, dada, dudu, shoe, rice, sometimes other words in our own language. He waves and says tata, gives flying kiss, waves and says hi, aay as comes here. He says up and raises his hand.He is very social. He imitates some words as well. Does it sound speech delayed for his age? How to encourage him to imitate more? He goes to daycare where english is the main language and we are Bengalis. I am really worried .

She was born in 2016, I am seeing her breast buds grow, a single strand of hair in her pubic area. Does this mean she is hitting her puberty early or having a precocious puberty, please advise. Can this be delayed now.

Sir, My 2. 10months daughter is complaining of stomach pain esp after eating something since yesterday which is intermittent . The pain is now better ,but she is having loose stool , not so loose. And she goes to potty , immediately after eating something , yesterday 4 times, however , she did not ate much as usual.

Hi, my one year old baby is having an iron deficiency. His haemoglobin is 10.8. His head circumference measured by a baby doctor 2 months ago is 48cm. Please tell me what to do for his head Does he need a vitamin d supplement?  He was given bifolate syrup and alfer syrup by the doctor one week ago. Two months ago another doctor also gave him some multivitamin, iron syrup and a 15 ml bottle of vitamin d (800). I am giving him a good diet 3 times cowmilk (100 ml each time)plus breast feed and home cooked food

My son is 3 months old . doctor said he is lactose intolerant and suggested lactose free milk.but my son refuses to drink it as its tasteless.what shall i give him? kindly help
