My daughter is 7 yrs old . Yesterday she fell down from bed height of 1 and half feet . Immediately she cried . Her back of head has lump and redness . Already 26 hrs over . No other symptoms . Is require for furtehr follow up . In some google 7 days monitor is important . Pls guide . Any scan needed . She is normal and only back of head area pain .

Hi doctor , my 3 years 7months old son having grade 3 adenoids and enlarged tonsils ... went to hospital after took xray doctor suggested surgery for remove tonsils .. my son weight is 12.2kg . present sysptoms snoring and mouth breathing sometimes.. last year frequently he gets fever cold til march .. last 4 months to present no fever and cold ... is surgery needed or should control with medicine? i uploaded full report

My baby is 17 months old. He is active and eats everything. He is not drinking water . He takes only 50ml . At night I gave him cow milk . He takes around 1 litre through the night. Last two days I gave him only 300ml milk and rest I gave him lukewarm water with little sugar. .While sleeping he take it . Is this okay or not ?

Hi doctor my baby boy is 4 month old,under his foreskin smegma is present bit more .foreskin is loose only,doctor advised to move back a little and clean under it with warm water otherwise she is mentioning like urine infections might occur if not clean.Can I do it please advice .

My baby is born today. After his birth, during breastfeeding the baby made mild grunting sounds and the doc then said that this should not happen, additionally she also said that immediately after birth baby made same sound and hence they kept him in observation for an hour and it had stopped. Since it was observed again, they have admitted him in NICU and are saying baby is doing well all is normal, he is crying, opened his eyes, they are feeding him formula milk through nose and pipe. My concern is shouldn't the baby be fed mothers milk instead, does all of this feel right? Since I am a first time mom, i am a lil confused and concerned bcz they also said that they will pump out my milk n feed the baby from tomorrow. If that's correct then why keep him in nicu. It would be really helpful if someone could please help me explain and clear out my concerns. Thanks!

Hi I am a mother of 6 months old baby and a from last 15 days my milk supply has suddenly dropped my baby feeds on demand and she is exclusively on breast feed. Most of the time my both breast gets empty and she starts crying for more especially at night she doesn't sleep without taking a feed I don't know what to do? I have started semi solids like fruits puree from last 1 week. Should I increase the meals or something else.. Please suggest!
