My son is 8 years old and he has had pain after peeing for 3 days. The doctor advised me to go for circumcision and it's a one day procedure only. I am worried about how my son will cooperate for this and how I will explain to him the procedure. Please suggest which type of circumcision is safe for him and also when he goes back to normal from pain? And sedation will be given through IV?

Hi, My daughter has running nose and dry cough since last 2 days. Her paediatrician prescribed 5ml twice a day citrizine (5mg/5ml). Her weight is 21.5kg Is the dosage correct? Thanks

My daughter is 7 yrs old . She has scalp redness on back of head and nape of the neck from the age of 4 when I was first noticed after headshave . Now also redness . Is this indicative of any internal brain blood vessels problem . Pls advise any scan needed or the redness will resolve . She don't have itch , no hair loss

My child have difficulty breading Seance he was born I took him to the hospital several times and the doctors told me he will be fine when he gets bigger but I don't think he will be we did all the blood test and also tested oxygen level it's normal, especially when he is sleeping he couldn't breathe properly for couple seconds he tried to breathe through nose but it stuck and then he used his mouth to complete his breath if anyone given me any advice that will be very good we live in united state I have to make an appointment for him one more time with specialist on Monday it took a few days until your advice will be helpful and also that will be my last appointment here if the specialist does help him out here at will be good if not then I have to take him to India because I am tired of doctors in USA they freaking me out. My daughter is three and a half years old. She suddenly had some cough around the 27th, though for two–four days before that she had a little cough. But on the 27th the cough increased. She was otherwise very active and went to sleep after playing. Suddenly, when we checked her, she had a fever of 100°F. We gave her medicine, but by morning the fever rose to 102–103°F along with more cough. The cough was so much that at first we gave a full course of Paediatric Amoxicillin (Ponz Gen Amoxy) for the fever. That course got completed. After that we stopped the medicine, thinking that the cough would settle on its own. But it didn’t. So we showed her to the doctor again. He checked and said the chest was clear, and that now she was fine. She stayed okay for 2–3 days, but after that she continued to have mild cough on and off. It has not even been a full month since then, and now, around 22–23 days later, she again developed fever suddenly. At night, after playing well, she went to sleepand then suddenly had a fever of about 101°F along with cough.r And this time the cough sounds like a dog barking. Why is this happening — why is she falling sick again so quickly like this
