3 year old baby food
My daughter is 3 years old. She is not eating well. If I give the food she will turn her face. This creates more stress for me. Sometimes she doesn't eat even one spoon. What is the issue?

This appears to be normal developmental behavior. At this age, children commonly imitate others, play actively, and show variable interest in food. At present, there is no cause for concern, but we will monitor weight and height to ensure appropriate growth. Please offer small, frequent meals and avoid force-feeding. Allow the child to eat at their own pace. It is also important to note that physiological growth rate naturally slows after 1 year of age, which can reduce appetite. Overall, this behavior is within normal limits, and reassurance is advised.

This is very normal at this age of baby. You have to make her eat by indulging yourself with the kid. Avoid screen time while eating. They will play with food and eventually eat by themself after playing with it

This is very normal at this age of baby. You have to make her eat by indulging yourself with the kid. Child usually gets distracted by screen and shows food faddism because of autonomy struggle. Make meal time more lively and try keeping baby besides you while whole family taking meal .... a kind of family pot. And avoid giving screen during feeding.
