It's not due to molar tooth bcoz of frequently mouthing outside things/ fingers

If the consistency of the stool is not watery, then it can be normal. But get a stool, pH, reducing sugar and routine, and further treatment will be decided based on that.
Sometimes, constipation can also lead to frequent small amount stools, see your paediatrician for that.
