Child Health Issues

My son  20 month old, had fever , cough and cold last 5-6 days now it recovered but since 5- 6 days he not eating a spoon. Only drink buffalo milk. What I do.pls tell, in whole day he only drink 3 time milk . Not eating anything. Pls help

My baby boy birth weight was 3.2 kg. He completed 5 months on 22 aug. His current weight is 5.8 kg at 5 month. He breastfeed 5 mins each breast in one session and take around 8 sessions in a day and 2 sessions at night. I am a breastfeed mom. Is this weight normal? If not, shall I express breast milk and do both I.e breastfeed + feed expressed breast milk in bottle. Please suggest how I can increase weight of my baby if needed.

My daughter born on 4/8/23, she from a week time been awake in a day 3-4 hrs continuously without being fussy or crying after feeding and burping her when put her on bed she silently keep staring at different things in the surroundings later after 2/3 hrs again after feeding and burping her she falls asleep sometimes she cries when fed she calms down again and falls asleep and sometimes in night she do startle reflex or cry suddenly and sleeps back in few secs is it okay??

Baby is 6months old and her head circumference is 39 CM. Her weight is 5.8 kg. Baby was born at 37 weeks. Her birth weight is 2.2 kg and head circumference is 32 CM. Is this normal.

Hello doctor Can we give lemon juice on breast milk for 5 months 14 days old baby because he is suffering from loose stools

My baby girl is 4mnths old. Form last 2days she is facing issue with motions. For day she's passing stool nearly 7times.once I gave brestmilk immediately she is passing stool.. Can you please suggest something to cure this and can I use lactic acid bacillus syrup for this.
