Fever without vomit and without diar
My son who is 10 .5 month old is having fever of 100.7f from today evening. No vomiting no loose motion. Please suggest if we need to take him to doctor ? He is taking breast milk. He is cranky. Should i give him mapthal p without showing to doctor?

When is the right time to wean a baby from bottle feeding. My 11 month old baby is on bottle feed and I m getting suggestions to start using bowl spoon or glass for milk as it gets difficult to remove this bottle feeding habit later on . Pl guide.

Does my food affect my breast milk?
Does the food I eat alter the quality of my milk? Will my child get gas or acidity or change in colour of poop, if I eat foods that cause gas or acid? And if I eat a pantocid or any medicine for gas, will my child benefit from it because I'm breastfeeding her?

Baby loose greenish poop
My 7 months baby is pooping like this 1-2 times a day, she is otherwise active and playful but having lose bit greenish stool.
I am giving her semi solids two-times a days , since she started these loose stools preferably giving her suji+banana or moong dal.Is it something serious? Or will resolve on itw own

Infant teeth brushing issue
My son is 1 year old and he has got 6 teeth i want to start brushing his teeth however unable to understand how to use toothpaste as he will not be able to spit so how should i clean tooth paste from his teeth.
Also should use children's toothpaste esp for it?

Fever of 102.7
My baby is having high fever from last 24hrs of 102.7
I gave medicine p250 (3ml each for 6hrs.) Suddenly he got fever. Can you provide anu other solution. Because even after giving medicine for 6hrs fever is not reducing much Within 3 to 4hrs its back again

Nail in Red colour and falling off.
My daughter is 6 yrs. Her nails are not normal. They are with dots from inside the nails and they are turning red in colour and falling off. Again they are growing in the same way. Initially it was one nails but later all nails are in the same way. Kindly reply me.

My son sweats a lot while palying

weats a lot in head while doing yoga exercise and playing with other kids..compare to other kids he sweats a lot..he is active and when he sit in the normal temp he is not sweating only playing and doing exercises
