My baby birth weight is 4.25 now she is 45 days old and weighs 6 kg.. she is on breast feeding.. is she overweight ?

My daughter is 3yrs 9 months old. Weight is approx 12 kg. Having fever i.e., 101.5 and vomiting with dry cough. What medicine should I give to her. I've already given ibugesic plus suspension syrup. What else can I give to her?
