My son 5yrs was having fever from sat evening with cold and cough and it was 8hhrs once till tdy morning ..from.tdy morning it was 4 hrs once and it's not coming below 99...please advice only.giving p250

Hello ! Continue p 250 evry 4 th hrly u can give . Syp maxtra 4 ml thrice daily for 3 days . Give more water
