My baby is 21 days old and today is his vaccination day he had mild cold and cough since 2 days now he is bit fine and no fever  bcg vaccine can be given today

My son is 10 month old. He was having fever yesterday but after giving calpol drop his fever in control today but his head is hot. No other symptom little bit nose is runny(not very) he is too crancky not eating well but taking feed frequently. Should i take him to doctor? By when he will be normal?
