Child Health Issues

Hi Dr. My baby is 3 months old. Yesterday night ye did proper poty. But today morning he did 1 loose stool. He is active and playfull. Is there is any cause   of concern? What to do next?

My son age 5 years old doing potty-like muscus in stool for 3-4 days , for 3to 4 times per day, but no loose motion no stomach pain , eating properly , can I give him probiotic like super flora?? Or kindly suggest any medicine as pedestrian not available till Sunday in my area , sending pic of stool. Thanks

My daughter is 5.5Years old...she is having cold and cough from 3weeks.. previously she was prescribed Alex ls and augmentin DDS..her condition didn't improve..later I started with Tulsi leaves water with honey ginger and other spices..after that started noticing  phlegum inside chest was coming out through nose ..but still little cough was there so I consulted with doctor again ..doctor gave montair lc and hhlinctus ls cough syrup...she is already taking these meds for 3days.. phlegm from nose is not coming out anymore..seems like congestion is there in the chest...is it becos of montair lc ..should I stop giving this medicine..? Pls Kindly suggest...doctor told to give it for 10days...m getting afraid as the phlegum is not coming out anymore..and having cough also..should I stop montair lc..?kindly suggest..Thank you..

My baby is 12 months old . She is suddenly facing loose motion from yesterday. Her motion is slimy and she is pooping after every feed. She has been given enterogermina twice daily. She is not having temp presently. She is passing stool initially greenish and now her stool  is with red mucus . What to do . Height - 67cm weoght - 10.4 kgs

Hello sir/mam My daughter had stomach pain for which ultrasound was done which shows mesenteric lymphadenitis, largest is 20*10mm. Doc gave her syp cyclopam for pain relief but it's not helping at all Pls suggest what to give for this pain Thanks a ton

My son 5 years age weight 20, doing mucus in  stool for 4-5 days , no loose motion but muscus in stoll and foul smell, he has too much gas , digestion problem also, but no stomach pain and feeding problem , doc give metrogyl syrup and norfLox 200 with vizylac sachet, can we give both ??

My baby is 4 month old baby is having cold and cough . He is on medication for that but passing mucus in stool .is it normal to pass mucus in stool when baby has cough?

Boy is suffering from infection have extremely low level of haemoglobin. Urine report shows infection level 3.5 and haemoglobin level is 7.5. child has got big black spots on face and neck and inside the mouth. Doctor suggested it's because of infection in body. The culture report has to be done yet. Report attached for reference. Not sure from where the kid got infection and where is the infection.

My daughter is 7.5 months old. Her weight is 6.58 kg, height 67.2 cm, head circumference 41 cm. Roll over is complete. Able to sit with support. Till now doctor had prescribed. 5ml of Kidrich Vitamin D 800 IU. Also, Zincovit 1ml was prescribed. 2 days ago, doctor changed Vitamin D dosage to 1ml and Zincovit to be continued. My question is that 800 IU from Kidrich and 10 ug (400 IU) from Zincovit, total 1200 IU in a day, is it ok to give to baby? She is also taking around 650ml of Enfamil stage 2 powder milk in a day, which also has Vitamin D.
